I'm Taylor, I'm 28 years old and I'd say I'm super energetic, easy going, flexible, interactive and engaging and I have always loved to work with kids. I have worked at Alaina's children center in Ann Arbor since 2016. I also nannied many different families and accepted a lead teacher position in the toddler room. I attended Washtenaw Community College taking childhood development classes for a full semester in 2023. I moved to Tucson in Jan of 2023 and have been nannying ever since. I have the most experience with toddler age and do well with developmental milestones like potty training etc. I love to read stories, sing songs, do art, yoga and sensory and being outdoors. Taylor has done an amazing job of caring for our two little girls over the past few months. I thought it would be a challenge for anyone to juggle the different demands of our girls, aged 1 and 3, in very different developmental stages. One needs constant help to build with crafts, etc., the other wants to tear everything down and put it in her mouth. I struggle with caring for them both at the same time. Taylor makes it look easy! She constantly engages with my older daughter in play, games, crafts, snacks, and singing songs, and she keeps my younger daughter involved but not sabotaging everything. Amazing! She has impressive childcare skills and a great, sunny temperament, modeling good behavior for my kids. I would rehire her and would recommend her to anyone.
