I worked at Alaina's childcare center in Michigan for 7 years and was promoted to lead teacher of the toddler classroom. I've worked with children ranging from 2 weeks-11 years. I am CPR and first aid certified, have my fingerprint clearance for Arizona and clear background checks. I have approximately 35 hours of childcare training online and in person. I am half way done with my child development associates and in the process of finishing that up now. I love working with children and am great with stories, art, sensory, music, dancing, and yoga. I am great at coming up with new ideas to keep things fun and interesting with the kids every day. I am very interactive and have a fun loving personality. Taylor has done an amazing job of caring for our two little girls over the past few months. I thought it would be a challenge for anyone to juggle the different demands of our girls, aged 1 and 3, in very different developmental stages. One needs constant help to build with crafts, etc., the other wants to tear everything down and put it in her mouth. I struggle with caring for them both at the same time. Taylor makes it look easy! She constantly engages with my older daughter in play, games, crafts, snacks, and singing songs, and she keeps my younger daughter involved but not sabotaging everything. Amazing! She has impressive childcare skills and a great, sunny temperament, modeling good behavior for my kids. I would rehire her and would recommend her to anyone.
