About Taylor

Hello I'm Taylor :) ! I am 23 years old and have had professional experience in the childcare field for 4 years. I have also had non professional experience for 15 + plus years with my many nieces and nephews that I have helped raised . I am a certified RBT (registered behavioral technician) and CPR certified. Most of my experience in childcare has came from working with children on the spectrum. I have dealt with highly energetic kids, and children that have intense behaviors. My age range I have worked with is ages 1 - 16. This is my passion . I have been promoted in all companies I have been in. Also I have helped with driving needs , activities , toileting, brushing teeth. I help kids manage behaviors and adapt to the modern world.
