Taylor started out strong but quickly asked for days off, shortened hours, to only watch one of the two children, etc. We really liked Taylor as a person and even agreed to her daughter coming on weekend work days. However, as a nanny we didnt see proactive planning of activities nor a willingness to get out with the kids. This plus a lack of consistency was a concern. Taylor did express concerns she had about the position as well but only when letting us know she was quitting. A conversation before to make adjustments for both parties would have been appreciated.
