Hi! I'm Taylor! I'm a newborn care specialist and postpartum doula. I'm currently only working night shifts! I let you sleep uninterrupted while I provide exclusive nighttime care. I've been working with infants for 7 years. I have been working with postpartum families for 2. 5 years as a doula and have supported each in their own ways such as lactation support, meal prep, laundry assistance, infant sleep structure and my personal favorite, allowing you to sleep through the night. My resume boasts working with micropremie twins, medically complex newborns, and over 1800 hours of hands on newborn care. When we were looking for someone to watch our kiddo we were so nervous because we have never let anyone outside of a few family members watch our kiddos. We were not disappointed. Her and her babes have been such a wonderful addition to our home. She is calm in all situations. She is comfortable with pets (our dogs are ridiculous and they LOVED her). She took care of the older girls when they were out of school and she even helped when I had my nephews over while they did distance learning. She is flexible, understanding, a WONDERFUL listener, and truly goes above and beyond her job duties. Our hearts and lives are changed for the better because Taylor and her daughter were in it. There was never a time I felt like I was going to be late for work or didn't have reliable child care. She does a wonderful job of communicating and asking questions if she needs clarification on something. She respected our time as a family and adhered to the rules of our crazy hectic life. We will miss her.
