About Taylorblair

I enjoy working with kids because I know that I will be contributing to the growth of a generation. With my background, expertise, and personality I can instill a fun, safe yet fundamental environment for children allowing them to make an impact on their lives. I'm looking for a job that sets a consistent standard and expectation, communicates effectively, allows flexibility to help where needed. I started working with kids in High School in an early childhood development class where I later became a substitute teacher while pursuing my bachelors Degree at the University of Central Florida. I would then provide childcare services to family friends while pursuing my degree. One thing you should know about me is I love participating in hands on activities. I enjoy integrating educational activities when caring for children. As a substitute teacher I admire the balance of work and play. I enjoy enhancing cognitive and motor skills while making those experiences fun and exciting.
