About Taylor

I'd describe my personality as creative, compassionate, and patient. I love working with children because no two children are the same. Every child learns and expresses themselves differently, and I believe every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. I started working with children in middle school as a teacher's helper in special education classrooms. At 18, I began working at my first daycare, where I stayed for almost four years. I currently work with children with special needs while studying education. I believe learning should be fun, so I incorporate play, art, movement, creativity, and each child's interests into activities. Creativity is basically my middle name! My goal is to create a safe environment where children can learn, grow, express themselves, and feel comfortable. I'm passionate about supporting children and families and making a positive difference. I want to provide patience, structure, encouragement, and care to each child I work with!
