Hey I'm Taylor and this is my little one H. I am looking for a family to nanny for whilst also bringing my own little one to come hangout! :) I have been nannying for 5 years + being a mom myself for one year, I also worked at a Conscious Discipline/Reggio Emilia inspired daycare. My style of nannying is very much like gentle parenting. I have reliable transportation, outstanding references and a big heart for kiddos. I'm available Monday - Thursday, any-times between 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. I am fully vaccinated and so is H! Flexible with times :) We are a very loving duo, we do not accept any type of hate or discrimination! H is a happy girl, loves to play with other children and will also love your pets! I had the absolute pleasure of getting to know Taylor, as she provided care for my son (age duration of 4mo-14mo). Unfortunately, we were unable to continue due to my family's financial situation changing. I highly recommend Taylor, and I could go on and on forever about why. Most importantly she was able to create a nurturing environment, partnered with us to focus on his developmental milestones, is an excellent communicator and listener, always punctual and provided a caring environment. She is extremely kind and built trust with my family quickly. My son took a liking to her easily and she has brought such joy into our lives. I would recommend Taylor to everyone I know and would hire her again in a heartbeat. During our time together her daughter came along, and this provided such an excellent learning opportunity for my child -- he was able to grow along side her with the exposure, developed skills early and increased socialization. It has been a blessing to see them grow together. Any family would be lucky to have Taylor as a Nanny.
