Tayaunna seems to be a knowledgeable care provider. We hired her after the meet and greet. She was confirmed to start the next day and then called out later in the evening because of a conflict with her current job. We confirmed a new start date and the nature of our opening being ongoing. She again agreed and would start the following week. Then no-showed without any communication. This was unfortunate and also super stressful to accommodate last minute.
