Tay has worked full time with our family for nearly 2 years. In that time she has taken care of my two kids (son age 3-almost 5; daughter newborn-almost 2) and she has been terrific in all aspects of care. She's engaging with both children, meets them where they are at and what their interests are. She'll play with swords, play soccer, go on walks, read books, Jump on the tramp, and do arts and crafts. She makes them snacks/ meals, takes them to preschool/museums/ friends houses/ parks/ swim lessons, does their laundry, and cleans their room. She is an All star! The kids love her and we trust her with them completely. She let's the kids explore and keeps them safe, they listen to her, and Tay will reach out if she has a concern. We have a regular schedule though times of travel where the schedule changes and she adapts well. I highly recommend her!
