Hi! I'm a college freshman and a big sister to two younger siblings, so caring for kids has always come naturally to me. As a girl whose grown up helping out at home, I've learned how to be patient, gentle, and really attentive to what kids need emotionally and physically. I'm very soft spoken and calm, and I believe kids respond best to kindness and consistency. I always respect and follow the parents' lead when it comes to rules and routines, and I don't mind helping tidy up or keep things organized. I genuinely enjoy creating a safe, comfortable space where kids feel cared for and understood.
