About Tawonga

Hey there!! The names Tawonga and I'm all about helping kids grow and thrive in a loving, fun-filled environment. My journey as a childcare provider began about six years ago; with a mix of serving in my local church, being a live-in nanny for my brother-in-law and sister, and a short stint as a preschool assistant at the Goddard school in NC. I'm known for being patient, creative, kind-hearted, and super friendly. I love keeping parents in the loop with regular updates about their child's day and any important happenings. Creating a safe and structured space where kids can flourish is my top priority, and I'm confident in making sure household rules are followed. I've got CPR training and First Aid certification under my belt. I'm fluent in English and have my own car, so outings and transportation are a breeze and I absolutely love playing all kinds of games-from outdoor adventures to board games and educational activities that make learning fun your child(ren)!
