About Tawni

Hi! I'm Tawni! Since Aug 2021, I've been working as a technical recruiter. Before the corporate world, I served as a 4th grade teacher. Though I'm no longer teaching, my heart truly lies in education! I have a degree in elementary education and have in depth knowledge of the early development of children. I hold a Professional Educator License in Indiana and a specialization in intermediate math. Through college, I served as a full-time nanny, worked for several multi-child families as a recurring sitter, and worked as summer camp counselor. While teaching, I tutored for three families, worked at the school's after-school program, and coached high school soccer. I am Covid conscious (fully vaccinated on 4/13, boosted on 12/10), CPR/AED certified, a non-smoker, and extremely comfortable will all animals. More so, I love to be active outdoors, play sports and games, craft, and read. I am looking for a child or two that needs some additional one-on-one support after school.
