Tawana provided care for my elderly parents (86 and 90 years old). One of which has numerous health issues and advanced dementia. We first hired Tawana for a few hours per week and extended her hours as my parents' needs changed. She worked 6 days per week for several months until it became necessary to transition my mother to a memory care facility. I may not completely capture everything about Tawana in this review. She was extremely flexible. As the needs and schedule shifted, Tawana was very accommodating to schedule changes. My mother is a difficult person on a good day and dementia made this much more challenging. Tawana did a great job in developing a rapport and trust between them. As we moved my mother into a facility, her major concern was keeping Tawana with her. Tawana is very caring and would do anything that my parents needed. She exhibited endless patience; far more than I could muster some days. She is the best caregiver that we have had!
