About Tatyana

I graduated from shippensburg university in 2021 with a bachelor degree in psychology. I then began working at a Montessori preschool (children from infants to 3) as an assistant teacher. Here, I realized I wanted to be a teacher. I left there and started working as an liberty teaching fellow for KIPP Public Schools. This was a program where I would spend 2 years preparing to be a homeroom teacher and gain my masters degree + teaching certification. Within a few months I was promoted to lead teacher and I have been there since. Last school year I taught 2nd grade and this school year I am teaching kindergarten. I love teaching children academically and helping them reach their goals. I love catering to the needs of the children and being in communication with parents. Even though I love teaching so much with leaders not leading, no support in classrooms etc. I am looking to leave teaching and take on nannying and tutoring.
