About Tatum

I am a thoughtful, attentive, and nurturing childcare professional passionate about supporting children's growth while helping families feel confident and at ease. I currently work as a full-time preschool teacher for toddlers. I am CPR, pediatric CPR, and First Aid certified, a NASPA-certified peer educator, and hold a substitute teaching license. My experience includes working as an infant teacher, early childhood educator, and live-in nanny, with extensive special needs experience. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Writing with coursework in childhood development and educational psychology. My work is informed by child development research and evidence-based practices.
