Miss Tatiana has been with us for three years now. Our child is a special needs child with some developmental delays. During our very first meeting, we got a great feeling of Miss Tatiana. Within the first few days, Miss Tatiana understood the needs and likes/dislikes of our child and was able to anticipate his moods and react according to it. She took up initiative and guided us during several very important milestones, including potty training, self feeding, and motor skill improvements. Our child loves the calming walks that they go almost every day. Miss Tatiana also drove our child to many of his classes and took utmost care during these trips. Miss Tanya also prepares some great meals for our child. During these CoVid times, she has been providing us with great support during our child's remote classes. To summarize, Miss Tatiana sticks to a great routine, and always punctual and is a wonderful person to have as a nanny.
