I'm a nurturing, adaptable caregiver with 20+ years of experience supporting children from infancy through young adulthood. I'm also a proud mom to an 8-year-old daughter and aunt to five nieces and nephews, giving me experience caring for children with different personalities, needs, and abilities. My background includes early literacy, family education, youth development, behavioral and social-emotional support, mentoring, and caring for children with disabilities, including personal experience supporting a niece with intellectual and cognitive disabilities. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, valued, understood, and free to be curious and confident. I believe a nanny should be a trusted extension of the family while respecting its routines, values, culture, and dynamics.
