About Taryn

Hi! I'm a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and seasoned nanny with 15 years of childcare experience seeking a full time nanny position beginning this summer following the relocation of my current family. My background in OT combined with my RIE Nurturing Nanny training allows me to support children's development, independence, and emotional regulation through play-based learning. I'm especially proficient in Disney sing-alongs, dinosaur impersonations, and expert-level fort and obstacle course construction! I have extensive experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school-age kids, and I'm comfortable supporting children with special needs and food allergies. I'm also happy to assist with potty training, daily routines, and building age-appropriate skills that foster confidence and independence. I am UES-based and have primarily worked with UWS families! I look forward to connecting with families looking for a warm, dependable and developmentally-focused caregiver.
