About Taryn

Hi! I'm a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and seasoned nanny with 15 years of childcare experience seeking occasional weekend gigs through July, when I will be available for a full-time nanny position! My background in OT combined with my RIE Nurturing Nanny training allows me to support children's development, independence, and emotional regulation through play-based learning. I'm especially proficient in Disney sing-alongs, dinosaur impersonations, and expert-level fort and obstacle course construction! I have extensive experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school-age kids, and I'm comfortable supporting children with special needs and food allergies. I'm also happy to assist with potty training, daily routines, and building age-appropriate skills that foster confidence and independence. I am UES-based and have primarily worked with UWS families! I look forward to connecting with families looking for a warm, dependable, and developmentally-focused caregiver.
