Taryn has been an incredible nanny for our family. We started working with her 2 months ago and will have her working with our family until June. We have two boys aged 2 and 5 and she has done an amazing job connecting with both in the ways that each age range needs. She spends one on one time drawing, building, talking, writing, etc during down time at home, does pick-up and drop-off at school, takes them to OMSI, and in general promotes learning and growth. She listens to the needs of both our boys and my wife and I and has been exceptionally flexible with our lives as we juggle a lot of moving parts. I would happily provide a reference for anyone who hires her in the future.
