Hello, my name is Tara. I am 37 years old and I absolutely love working with children. I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old, and have been a nanny for the last 17 years. I love taking children on outings to experience the world. I love going to the zoo, parks, on walks, mall, gym classes, play dates, libraries. I love teaching children. Reading books, doing crafts, playing, educating, nurturing them, play dates, outings, with children is so much fun. I would love the opportunity to be a part of your family, watching your children learn and grow is what I love. Also happy to be with pets dogs or cats. I have a lot of experience with infants. I am happy to do date nights, light cleaning, transportation, meal preparation, grocery shopping, help with pets, laundry, and organization.

Tara has been our full-time nanny since November 2020. She is absolutely wonderful with children of all ages (our twins were 6 months when she started with us and are now almost 3-years-old). She is loving, patient, energetic, and has truly fostered their learning and development (physical and emotional) over the past few years. We cannot say enough good things about Tara (she even came in the middle of the night when we were having our third baby!) and would highly recommend her for any caregiving needs.

Tara is awesome with our twins 1 year olds! She's always a good communicator and sends pics with updates. She's our go-to babysitter!

Tara is a wonderful caregiver! She has been babysitting for our toddler daughter since she was a few months old and we trust her completely. She is calm, loving, patient, communicative, and super knowledgeable. As first time parents, we often found ourselves turning to Tara for guidance, which she provides freely. She has gone above and beyond to support us, including handling an overnight babysitting stay and managing our hyper dog with ease. We have recommended her to other friends (including friends with twins) who have also had very positive feedback.

We hired Tara three years ago. At the time, we only had one child, who was then almost 1. That child is now almost 4, and we have another child who is 1 1/2. Tara has been their nanny this whole time, and we've been very pleased with her performance. 

Our work schedule sometimes requires us to ask her to come very early in the morning. Tara has always been willing to do that, and has always been punctual. She takes excellent care of the kids, always keeping them safe and happy. She does arts and crafts projects with them, takes them out for fun activities, prepares meals for them, does their laundry, and performs all the important child cares tasks one might ask of a nanny. She also goes above and beyond, taking a special interest in the kids. For example, she has baked special treats for birthdays and helped us prepare for other special occasions.

In short, Tara has become a part of our family. While we are sorry to see her go, we are happy for whatever family she ends up with next.

Tara could not have cared for and loved our twin boys any more than she did. We no longer need Tara as our twins are headed to preschool -- but we know that she would be an asset to any family in need of child care. 

Tara was punctual and always willing to adjust her schedule to accommodate changes to our schedule & would stay late on nights in which we needed help. 

Tara consistently found fun things for the boys to do -- from play dates and opportunities to get the boys in a social setting with other children or to try new things like the zoo, new parks and other engaging activities. She constantly read books with them and worked with the boys on their counting and alphabet with games and other activities around the house. She also did art play -- working on drawing, finger painting, play dough, etc. 

Above all, Tara always made sure the boys were safe and well cared for -- and that was the most important thing to us. The boys absolutely adored her. 

Tara is very reliable and honest about her schedule. She is great with our daughter, and we will continue to hire her as often as we can.

We call Tara the baby whisperer in my house.  She's fantastically good with kids of all ages, but AMAZING with infants and toddlers.  She can work with any number of children in the room without getting flustered and is great at giving kids the attention they need (while not hovering or smothering). Both of my sons have adored her since meeting her. I go to Tara for advice on bottles, diapers, appropriate activities, etc. She knows kids and knows what can help me be a better parent.

Tara has helped me with everything from safety to fun and stimulating things for the kids to do. She has been the only person outside our family my husband and I felt confident with caring for our infant. I still call her for suggestions and advice. 

She is a friend of my family, and possibly the only person I trust my daughter with other than my wife. She is a wonderful human being, and came to the hospital when my daughter was born. I cannot thank her enough for all of the emtional support she provided me and my wife in our times of need. 

Tara is hugely popular among the kids and parents at our church. She babysits for several families and has been a full-time nanny as well as working in the church nursery. She's a complete natural with children of all ages, soothing to the young ones and fun & engaging with the older kids. Our three sons love Tara!

We jokingly refer to Tara as our life aide/household guru, she does everything! We have hired Tara as a babysitter and petsitter, she is prompt, dependable, responds quickly to us for jobs or questions, and she is flexible. Our son has grown up knowing Tara, and is the only babysitter he trusts. She comes over and actively plays and engages with him. I've seen her interact with so many kids (she works in the nursery at our Church) and it's clear that she is a trusted babysitter and nanny for so many. I recommend Tara to as many people as possible, I learned that when you have a child, high on your list should be finding a great caregiver.

Tara is a warm and wonderful caregiver. We first met her through our church nursery. Our son was about 18 months old at the time and would cry hysterically whenever we left him at the nursery until Tara started working there. After Tara started working there, he stopped crying and started enjoying his time there, thanks to her nurturing care. From that experience, we also started hiring Tara as our family's regular babysitter. She is terrific - kind, warm, playful, and inventive with both our toddler and infant. She is also super responsible - always showing up on time (or even early!). We know that our kids are in good hands when they are with Tara!

Tara is an exceptional sitter. She is friendly, engaging, thoughtful, and authentically wants to get to know your child and appreciate his or her gifts and tendencies. It is without any hesitation that I give the highest recommendation for Tara.

Tara has been our perfect go-to date night babysitter! She's experienced, punctual, very flexible and obviously loves children.  Two thumbs up!
