Extremely unreliable communication. We scheduled a working interview three separate times, and all three attempts were canceled or resulted in no-shows at the last minute with a lack of communication. While I understand unexpected things come up, having to chase for updates and experiencing repeated ghosting makes it impossible to rely on this provider for professional childcare. I cannot recommend.
