I have personally always been asked by neighbors, family, and friends' parents to watch their children, pets, and homes. I have two younger twin sisters who grew up with both verbal and nonverbal autism; therefore, I have experience for what it is like caring for children with disabilities. I have cared for toddlers ranging from age 2 and up for the past few years for family and neighbors. I connect very well with kids from the ages of 6 and up because I am still a fun-loving, imaginative girl at heart. I enjoy playing with kids as they please and helping them with homework if they are of school age. I have no problem cooking and cleaning and embrace the task. I have tutored students since I was in middle school because I stood out with my academics. I have been asked, while in high school, to go back to my middle school to be a chaperon on a class trip that was away from home for a few days. I handle juggling multiple things at once with ease.

We have a son who is 19 months old. Over the last nineteen months, we have had about nine different babysitters. Our favorite, by a long chalk, was Tara! We love Tara, and we are so sad she's leaving the Philadelphia area. She connected so well with our son. He loves her. On two separate occasions, Tara baby-sat our son. Both instances she arrived early. We found her to be very responsible and courteous, and our son loved her on account of how engaging and energetic she was with him. She got him to eat all his meals, drink all his milk, got him to co-operate when it was time to change his diapers, and she got him up to his crib in time for bed-time without any issues. To all the parents in Maryland, where our dear Tara is moving to, we highly recommend Tara, and we can guarantee with certainty, after having her at your house once, you'll want her to be your regular baby-sitter.
