About Tara

Making a difference in someone's life is what motivates me. My past experience with family members and autistic friends along with my time working as an activities coordinator in an assisted living facility led me to adult and senior care. As a compassionate, patient caregiver with a college degree, I bring experience working with seniors and mild/moderate autistic adults to the job. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care and/or hobbies of interest related activities. I provide services such as errands, light housekeeping, engaging, appropriate activities and meal preparation. I am CPR certified. I prioritize building connections with care recipients while respecting their independence and understanding their goals for a fulfilling life. You can expect regular updates following your preferred communication method. I would love to provide your family with respite care.
