About Tara

Hi, my name is Tara, I am a Neuroscience and Behavior major at Vassar College and I'm really passionate about reading, music, and marine biology. I am a creative person who loves making arts and crafts, coming up with unique games, and trying new things! I have experience in childcare with summer camp counseling and babysitting for family friends. I also have a lot of tutoring experience and have a lot of energy to keep up with even the most energetic kids. My focus is to create a healthy and happy routine for kids and their parents, and I'm able to work long hours. I'd describe my personality as honest, passionate, and funny. In my spare time, I like to cook for my family, read up on scientific current events, and play basketball with my little brother. My skills include a depth of knowledge in child psychology, incredible organizational and planning skills, and a caring/gentle approach to communication.
