About Tara

Hi there! I'm Tara! Thank you for taking a few moments to view my biography and for your consideration :-) Boca Raton is my hometown and I love it! It's a beautiful city, part of a great school district, and very close to neighboring towns, which is a huge plus in the education field. I'm extremely family-oriented and we all live within a few miles of each other. I went to Palm Beach State College and FAU and earned my Elementary Education Degree (grades K-6) from FAU. I've been active in the private and public school system since then, minus a couple years when I worked in HR for a multi-million dollar company. I've been working with children in the school system since 2007. I've been an after school care and summer camp counselor as well as an interim and substitute teacher. Currently, I teach an after school STEM class and substitute on the days I'm not teaching. I love working with children and I love what I do! They keep me young at heart :-) Hope to talk soon!
