We hired Tara, on Thursday, to take care of our sister. We asked her if she could start the next day. She stated that she had another obligation but could start on Friday, 2 hours later than we wanted and she was available to work the hours we needed on Saturday and Sunday. We agreed to the hours and pay On Friday morning I received a text that she had forgotten about yet another obligation (on Friday) but she could be there on Saturday and Sunday all day. On Saturday I received a text that she had to attend a funeral service for someone (who died earlier in the week) in her boyfriend's family and it would be for 2 days. So basically, on Thursday, Tara forgot about (another) obligation (on Friday) and it wasn't until Saturday that she remembered she had to attend a 2 day funeral (Saturday and Sunday). She not only called off the entire weekend, at the last minute, leaving us with no care, she called off on her 1st three days of work ABSOLUTELY NOT DEPENDABLE 1 star because I had to
