Tara is the best of the best!!! She has babysat for us on the weekends for our kids ages infant - 11 years old. We met her initially because she was our neighbor's full time nanny and our kids really hit it off and became great friends so we had the pleasure of spending time with Tara daily while our kids played. Tara is incredibly warm and kind. As a mom and experienced nanny, she is so knowledgeable about what kids needs are at different stages. She is very patient and caring and at the same time is so great at staying on schedule and making sure the day is nicely structured. What I love about her approach is she will sit down with the child and talk things over so they know exactly what to expect and can have a nice, fun and structured day which helps kids stay on track in terms of playing, behavior and learning. Tara is great at planning interesting and developmentally appropriate activities and outings too. She is also very mindful when it comes to healthy habits like hand washing, nutritious snacks, etc. A very conscientious person. I think Tara is one of a kind. She is so kind, dependable and trustworthy- truly a tremendous blessing for anyone that has the privilege to work with her!
