Qia was great, my son took to her right away. She was punctual, responsible, kind & caring! My son was only 10 months old when she started nannying with us, but she was a pro! She was getting him down in his crib without issues pretty much a week after starting (which is fast!). She was great with bottle feeding and then when we moved more fully into solids she was terrific with feeding him and even would prepare his lunches. She always kept him learning & playing! She helped out with chores even though it wasn’t asked of her and she was great with our dog (who is a diva). We would’ve loved to keep her but unfortunately due to an injury at her child’s daycare we had to make other arrangements. Qia is the best and I am happy to talk to anyone who is curious about hiring her, you will not be disappointed!
