I am a full-time registered nurse, wife, and a mother to a 3.5-year-old toddler. When my son was born, I looked for a nanny to provide childcare in my home while my husband and I both worked. Due to our varying shifts and rotating days of the week, I needed someone flexible with their availability, willing to travel, work for 8-12 hours per day (possibly more if in an emergency), and work 2-4 days per week. That person was Tanya, whom I hired back in January of 2018. My expectations were that she would feed, clothe, and bathe him, in addition to following his morning wake up routine, nap schedule, and bedtime routine. What she provided was much more than that: Tanya frequently made home cooked meals for our son and for us, loaded and unloaded my dishwasher, took out the trash, did our laundry, picked up after us, fed my cat, received deliveries and packages on our behalf, and would allow / supervise contractors when working in our home. Tanya is friendly, outgoing, and trustworthy.
