Tanya nannied for us for us for a few months. She started when my daughter was around 5 months old and we loved having her! She is reliable, communicative and very nurturing. Our daughter was always happy to see her which was so comforting to us. Tanya has a very calm demeanor and they always had fun! She was very mindful of our daughters schedule and left notes each day regarding naps, meals & diapers. She is trustworthy, experienced and genuinely cares about little ones and their development. We would hire her again in a heartbeat! We only stopped because we were on a daycare waiting list and a spot opened up.
