Tanya is fantastic. She became our nanny for nights and weekends soon after we moved to Las Vegas. Tanya is professional, reliable, responsible and experienced. She is highly educated but not stuffy or arrogant. Both our 2 year old and our dog love her. Tanya has done everything from mornings to late nights with us. She engages in educational play with our son, prepares meals and puts him to bed. Had she been available when we were searching, then she likely would have become our primary weekday nanny. It is tough to find somebody as capable as Tanya in Las Vegas. Any other family would be fortunate to have her with their children, whether full time or part time.
