About Tanisia

Nurturing a child's curiosity and watching them reach new milestones is my greatest professional joy. I am armed with a Masters Degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. I am studying to sit for the board exam to become licensed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I am currently employed as a full time Behavior Consultant, working with neurodivergent children in the school, home, and community settings. With over 10 years of childcare under my belt, I am very comfortable with tending to homework help, tutoring, curriculum teaching, spelling, math, reading comprehension, problem solving skills, Montessori teaching, and more. I am heavily skilled in emotional regulation and coping skills training as it is my greatest passion within my practice. I have experience across many different roles working with children as young as 6 weeks old and up to 16 years old.
