About Tanisha

Hi families! I'm Tanisha - I'm 20, almost 21 (October 6), and currently a junior majoring in Dental Hygiene. I'm originally from Chicago, so my car is still back home, but I use rideshare for transportation and it's never stopped me from showing up for the kids I care for. I've been babysitting for years. Before Care, I used to make flyers and pass them out around my neighborhood, and that's actually how I built my first group of families. I love helping kids feel safe, happy, and engaged. I'm also great with homework - I graduated valedictorian in both middle school and high school, so tutoring comes naturally to me. I'm responsible, patient, and genuinely enjoy being around children.
