About Tania

I'd describe my personality as kind, patient, and fun. I like working with kids because they are the future. I look at a kid and I see a smart, funny little human. Kids deserve unconditional respect and care. I'm looking for a job that is positive and flexible but has good structure. I started working with kids when I was 18. I've worked as a Sub IA in many schools in Salem before being hired for a permanent position at Washington Elementary. Before that I babysit and I have 7 younger siblings. In my spare time, I like to paint, sing and dance. I walk my dog and hangout with my roommate and her son. One thing you should know about me is I am a private person and my car is reliable only to get me to and from work. My skills include safety awareness, patience, and kind and understanding communication. I was also CPR trained this school year.
