I am a gentle, loving, and compassionate person. I've cared for aging members of my family for many years. I'd describe my personality as patient, thoughtful, and kind. I like caring for seniors because they have so much wisdom to share. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be a helpful hand and or a listening ear. I would like to be as accommodating as possible. I started caring for seniors in 1996. I was in my first year of college when I got a call that my 100-year-old great grandmother had been placed in a nursing facility near my college campus. By 1999 I received a CNA certificate. The knowledge has served me well. In my spare time, I like to read, write, travel spend time with family and friends, with an occasional side of rest. One thing you should know about me is that I am a magnificent care giver. I will focus on your loved one as I would my own. My skills include communication, meal preparation, and light exercise.
