I have one year experience working with an elderly woman (95) with dementia. In a day I assisted with heating the meals her daughter had pre-made and feeding her, helping her get dressed, her diabetic needs (checking her sugar and giving insulin shots), medications, and companionship. I assisted her into and out of her wheelchair and taking her on walks (she loved the outdoors). I have experience with sundowners, and confusion. I do have allergies to animals, so I could not be around pets.
