About Tammy

Hi. My name is Tammy. I carry a B. A. degree in psychology, and I am a certified caregiver with the American Caregivers Association. I am highly skilled with caring for seniors who have been diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. I have cared for seniors who have had hip replacements and other operations. I have also cared for terminally ill clients. Sometimes a senior just needs someone to be a companion for them. I enjoy this immensely. I love to cook, and I love cooking for people. I've been helping my senior neighbor for 12 years. When she needs me to, I transport her to outings and appointments. I am also her "handyman". I enjoy helping others. I worked over 2 years for a home care company before becoming a private caregiver. I am very good conversationalist and I love to laugh and be interactive.
