About Tamika

Nurturing the growth and development of children is my true passion. With over 20 years of experience, I provide reliable, high-quality care for up to two children ranging from infants to pre-teens. My approach is patient, calm, and creative, ensuring that every child feels supported and engaged. I enjoy leading outdoor sports, solving puzzles, and playing educational games that spark curiosity. I hold CPR training and First Aid certifications to ensure a safe environment. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and am happy to assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping. I prioritize clear communication, whether through written reports, verbal updates, or your preferred method. I am a skilled driver and look forward to bringing my dedication and energy into your home. Helping your family thrive and seeing your children reach their milestones is the most rewarding part of my day.
