Hello, My name is Tamika. I am 21 years old, an ex-officer within a correctional facility. Safety and security are very important to me especially with children. I am also the eldest of nine children raging in age from 2-17. Being the eldest I was entitled to maturity at a young age. I learned to care for kiddos by the age of 10. I have many years of experience pertaining to this field. One year of that experience was paid caring for neighbors kiddos within Pike County. I've learned the most effective way to care for a child is love, kindness, and stability. Due to my career as an officer I've acquired the ability to be stern without aggression if needed, I have stubborn siblings as well. I am also a counselor within a Crisis Pregnancy Center so I've had experience with all kinds of situations and circumstances.

The first thing I think about is her compassion for others. Tamika is a very truly caring person. If you meet her you will notice her kindness and caring immediately. You will also notice her sincerity and dedication. She is a giver not a taker. She has helped me personally and I was impressed at her ability to follow instruction to the T. Her thought process is impressive. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. I could not believe how observant she was the times she has helped me. She seemed to put 100% into when, and how she helped me. She is a good christian person and I would trust her with my life with no hesitation, ever. Her attitude is so positive and inspiring. She comes in with a smile and every comment she makes is a positive one. I had no doubt that she cared and enjoyed the work she performed for me. I would recommend her to you and not hesitate to say that you will be writing a recommendation for her soon after you meet her. Tamika is a people person and very easy to establish a good rapport with. The main and most important quality I noticed about her is that she is the same dedicated person every day, this week, next week, next month, next year. Expect to be impressed!
