About Tamar

Hi families! My name is Tamar, and caring for children has always been a big part of my life. I've been babysitting since I was 13 years old, caring for younger siblings and family friends, which helped shape my love for working with children. My experience in a paid childcare setting is more recent and also my first. I currently work at a childcare facility, and by May 2026 I will have completed a full year there. This role has helped me grow professionally and strengthen my ability to provide safe, nurturing, and structured care. I am CPR and First Aid trained and have completed MSDE's 2025 Basic Health and Safety Training. I truly have a passion for childcare and supporting families. I'm currently in school working toward my Associate's degree, with plans to attend LPN school. Becoming a nanny fits well with my school schedule while allowing me to continue gaining hands-on childcare experience. I would love to be a trusted, caring presence for your family and your children.
