Hi, I'm Tamar. I'm a fully vaccinated culturally competent healthcare professional with 15 + years of extensive experience. FDLE/FBI clearance and clean drivers license. Certified ALS and BLS along with other health related certifications. Experience included but not limited to: Skilled rehabilitation, home health/private duty, in home hospice, program manager at adult day care facility. I am also experienced in taking care of a multitude of disabled patients included but not limited to stroke, amputees, quads and paraplegics, cancer, Parkinson's, diabetics, schizophrenia, ptsd, Alzheimer, dementia, bipolar, dysthymia disorder and major depressive disorder. I'm happy to assist with all aspects of daily living: medication administration/assistance, bathing, feeding, companion, recreational activities, meal preparation, accuchecks, vital signs recording, electronic or manual medical recording etc. I am keen on safety and individual care plans.
