About Tamara

Hi there, my name is Tamara and I'm an energetic and creative 40-year-old! I started out in senior Caregiving, but always had a passion for working with children. I worked for a childcare center for about a year, years ago and love it so much! My favorite age group are toddlers, but I have experience with all ages. I'm looking for a full time position, with a 6 month or more commitment my pay is flexible but would like to start at about $20 hour for one child. I have worked for 1 family, one years, I'm CPR certified, have my own car, and have taken online courses in child development. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing seasonal crafts, baking, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and special weekly outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child come to. I enjoy cooking and cleaning and fun activities with the little ones.
