My approach is patience and friendly, and I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with patients through verbal updates at pickup and written daily reports, always respecting your preferred method. I hold certifications in First Aid Training, CPR Training, and I'm also a Certified Nursing Assistant. I'm happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I speak both English and French.
