I'm 28 years old with a bachelors degree in English, with a minor in music. I'm a current resident of Olympia, WA. I received my masters in education from UW Bothell, then my masters in English from Loyola Marymount University. I'm CPR certified, and been a nanny for several families over the past several years. I previously taught Sunday school for infants to 4-year-old children and used to teach Sunday school for 1st- 3rd grade children. My favorite part about teaching was getting to hear all of the interesting things my students would say. I believe that children are truly much smarter than many people give them credit for. I also received my TESOL certification in Thailand in August 2016 and taught kindergarten there for a semester. I was in charge of 35 rambunctious 5 and 6-year-old children that I enjoyed teaching phonics too, as well as other useful tools for success like crafting and games. I look forward to hearing from you!
