Ifeel most rewarded when I guide a child's passions and curiosities. It's enthralling developing their identity and their independence along side them. 

My favorite activity is to create projects that suit that child's specific interests and promote learning. It allows me to use my creativity, my greatest asset. I am an extroverted theatre type, which children find engaging. 

I am a Montessori Early Childhood Ed teacher and hold a child psych degree. Ive taught 2 years professionally with toddlers and 5 years in preschool classrooms 3-6.

However, I prefer private childcare. It provides freedom. I create more intimate bonds through zeroed in focus, and typically am in their lives longer.

I’ve had a challenging time trusting someone for for affordable child care for my 2 (now 3) yr old daughter. I’ve known Tamera for a while, but wanted to see if the connected before throwing the idea of having her watch my daughter so I could make money. She keeps my daughter safe and creative and on routine and always super happy and smiley afterwards. I would highly recommend Tamara as a trustworthy, safe, and caring help with your children too! 

Tamara always has fun, thoughtful, and educational activities for our kids. You can tell she applies her teaching experience into her passion for nannying. Very professional and punctual. I would definitely recommend!


Tamara’s awesome! She’s very responsive with my husband and I, always on time, and lovely. Our 5 month old daughter loves her and Tamara helped to make sure we were all comfortable. She’s very engaged with our baby, and always seeking to be helpful. She’s offered to wash bottles and pump parts, and fold our baby’s laundry. Tamara is creative and kind, and I’d highly recommend her to any family!

We have hired Tamara numerous times to take care of our 2 young boys. She always brings lots of fun and my boys love hanging out with her. She is always punctual and responsive and I highly recommend her!

Tamara was INCREDIBLE with our 26 month old son. She came to our home full of insightful ideas that would never have occurred to us, and enriched our son's days (both mornings and afternoons) with activities that were both educational and extremely fun for him. From constructing and decorating masks representing various animals that our son is interested to learn more about, to drawing unanticipated connections between elements found in our son's favorite books to the world he sees around him (these are just a few of the activities that we learned of from their time together) Tamara brought his world to life in ways that were truly special. Apart from her skilled and creative manner of engaging with our son (a manner which deepened and developed over the days they had together), Tamara was also incredibly professional, responsive, and receptive in her interactions with my partner and I. Whether communicating via email, text, or phone, Tamara always got back to us quickly, enthusiastically, and with all the information we had requested. She was able to work flexibly around our schedule, and without exception respected each of the preferences/special instructions regarding our son and our home that we expressed to her. Though we have had anxieties regarding leaving our son in the care of non-family members in the past, with Tamara we felt more comfortable than we ever have before--both because of her professionalism and experience and because of the positive way that our son responded to her from their first day together onward. We recommend Tamara to the highest degree (especially for those whose toddlers/children/infants are particularly precocious!), and, should the need arise in our schedule in the future, would without hesitation book time with her again.

Tamara has watched our child countless times. She is always so engaging with our kiddo who does not usually take to people who are watching her but Tamara is her favorite! She has made the extra effort by bringing things to entertain our kid and overall is a someone I would highly recommend!

Tamara was a lifesaver! She came in for a last minute request, was able to spend the whole day with my three year old. My daughter loved her! She was instantly comfortable and they had so much fun. Tamara came prepared with tons of activities tailored to what my daughter is interested in, and they got to do so many activities. She supported sensory activities, arts and crafts, outside play, and fun games. I highly recommend Tamara, and will be hiring her again!

Our 3 yr old son had so much fun with Tamara. I can't wait to enjoy some worry free evenings now that we found her. She has a way about her that put my son at ease and he fell asleep with her reading his favorite book. She's the only one to ever get him to sleep while we're away.

We have 3 kids that all are very attached to us. Tamara put them at ease and played with them before we even left, setting us up for our first date night in many years. She was even great with our 4 mo old.

Tamara took my 14 mo daughter so I could work. She always made sure to get her active and her naps afterwards were always easy. I feel like she added some authenticity to her life. Instead of the crowded zoo, she took her to Petsmart and she loved it. Especially the doggie day care, great idea!

Tamara is among the most caring and supportive people I know, bringing patience and creativity to every interaction she has. My children adore her, and her flexibility and adaptability have helped us all survive the most challenging parts of the pandemic - she is downright fun and we all look forward to seeing her! We are so grateful to have Tamara in our lives!
