About Tamara

I have over 8 years of hands-on experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, and I am also a mother of two young children. I have completed college-level Early Childhood Education coursework and one year of foundational Waldorf Education, a philosophy I value for its focus on creativity, rhythm, outdoor play, and nurturing the whole child. I am trained in CPR, First Aid, Safe Sleep, child abuse and neglect recognition, and Food Handler safety. I am fluent in English and Spanish and speak conversational French. I am comfortable with feeding, diapering, naps, developmental activities, outdoor play, and preparing healthy meals and snacks. I am patient, dependable, and nurturing, and I prioritize safety, clear communication, and respecting each family's routines and parenting style.
