About Tamara

I'd describe my personality as energetic, caring, and calm. I like working with kids because I love putting a smile on their face by engaging in fun playful activities with them. I want to be an SLP for children, so working with kids is something I have always wanted to do. I'm looking for a job that has a fun and positive environment. I started working with kids when I was in High school. I started with doing Wednesday night services in the children's wing. I would help Sunday mornings with the babies. I babysat my pastors kids for 3 years. I have been a substitute teacher for 2 years. I have also worked different summer camps at the YMCA and WinShape Camps. In my spare time, I like to read. Do arts and crafts. I also like to exercise and take walks outside. One thing you should know about me is that I am a Christian. My skills include creating fun things to do to keep them engaged. Having empathy and caring for the child's needs. I am very well organized as well.
