Hello I have over 10+years of experience to consist of running errands, shopping, and helping with minor things around the house. I was also a caregiver for my mother before she passed away. I do not perform baths, showers, feeding, deep cleaning but I can do meal prep, light housekeeping, organize, and declutter if needed. Plus I can provide transportation to and from doctors appointments within a 5 mile radius. I am a mother of 6 and have served 20 years in the Air Force. I do have a lifting restriction depending on what the situation calls for(please ask to see if I can accommodate in that area).
