About Taliza

I just moved back to the 209 after living in San Diego for the past 10 years. While I was in SD, I earned a bachelor's and a master's degree in education (specifically elementary education). I am currently subbing while I apply for teacher positions in the area. I have always babysat my nephews/friends' babies and was a nanny for two families prior to completing my education. I am fortunate enough to have experience with children from infancy to preschool as well as children in the school environment. My previous job as a site substitute allowed me to work with every grade level at that school (And in the district. Sometimes I would get sent to other schools if they needed help) which includes TK-6th. I worked as the site substitute for 3 years at the school that I did my student teaching at. I adapted to each day (and classroom!) however necessary to ensure the children were safe and learning. Please let me know if you have any questions! :)
