About Talitha

I have served as childcare provider in a number of roles, including as a preschool teacher at a private school (5 years full-time), as daycare provider at a fitness facility (3 years part-time), as camp counselor (both for daily and week-long overnight activities), Family Coordinator (2 years full-time), and most importantly, as a mother of three children. In support of these opportunities to care for and educate children, I have completed specialized training including CPR and First Aid, early intervention in ADHD/Asperger's/Autism. Additionally, I have provided assistance and consultation to speech and behavioral therapists assessing children under my care. In both my personal home and professional childcare settings, I am experienced with caring for children with special medical needs, including Type 1 Diabetes. This includes managing nutrition and administering routine and emergency medications.
